Text message is often best, but I will always answer the phone when I can. If I can't answer, it's likely because I'm working on a project. Leave a voicemail and I will call you back.
2. How far out are you typically booked?
This really varies by the job you need done. Often times, a repair or small job can be completed within just a few days. Occasionally during busier seasons and for more involved projects, it could take a week or two to fit you in.
3. Who comes to my house?
I (Dan Hudecki) own and operate the business. This means you get me every time - not a different employee. I get to know you and your house, and as a result jobs are more efficient and completed with better results.
4. My last contractor never showed up. Will you show up on time?
YES. The foundation of the business is communication. I do my best to arrive at the scheduled time - and if I can't - I will always tell you beforehand.
5. How do you charge?
Estimates for work are standard. All services are billed using a price book, with fair and equal pricing across the board. The cost of the job factors in material cost, my time, as well as business costs which include insurance, tools, diesel, work van, etc. There are NO extra "fees" charged often by others (dispatch fee, trip fee, etc).
6. How can I pay?
I accept Cash, Check, VENMO, Paypal, and all major Credit Cards.
7. Are you trustworthy?
Yes, I live in the very same neighborhood that I work in. I like to know my clients as much as you like to know me. I have my PA Child Abuse and FBI Criminal History Clearances.
8. I'm worried about COVID - can I trust you'll be safe in my home?
Of course. I am COVID vaccinated and enjoy being healthy. If I'm sick, I can't help you. If you prefer I wear a mask while on site, please tell me beforehand so I can arrived prepared.
9. Can I give your name to my friends?
Yes! The biggest compliment I can receive from you is your referral to others you know. We advertise very little - most of our work comes from referrals / word of mouth.
